Relationship Therapy
What is Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy strengthens communication and bonds between individuals. This can apply to monogamous couples, polyamorous relationships, married couples, unmarried couples, parent/child relationships, siblings and friends. Essentially, relationship therapy involves 2 or more individuals and their therapist. Sessions are recommended at 90 minutes and have a self-pay rate of $145 for our associate therapists and $95 for our interns. Some insurance policies include relationship therapy and others don’t. It’s important to check your insurance benefits up front. Our therapists provide a person-centered approach to relationship counseling that values each person’s perspective.
