Psychiatric evaluation $250 self-pay for initial session or billed to insurance (credentialed with Aetna, BCBS, and UHC)

A one hour visit for a full psychiatric evaluation and treatment plan. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner will incorporate alternative and complementary practices into the mainstream allopathic narrative. They will then make recommendations for medication adjustments or explore changing or adding medications if necessary and desired. This can be a helpful addition to talk therapy and our psych NP works collaboratively with our team of therapists to best support the client. 

Autism and ADHD Assessments: Same rate as the Psychiatric evaluations above. 

Med management follow up $125 self-pay  or billed to insurance (credentialed with BCBS, Aetna and UHC)

A 30 minute follow up visit after you’ve had a psychiatric evaluation with our psychiatric nurse practitioner. They will explore how current medications are working and make any adjustments if necessary.
