Sharon Watson
I am a third-year graduate student in Walden University’s counseling program. My therapeutic styles are based on cognitive behavioral and client-centered therapy, tailoring interventions to meet the needs of the individual. I believe the relationship between thoughts and emotions profoundly impacts behaviors; irrational thoughts can develop into stuck points. My goal is to assist you in building resilience, identifying strengths, and developing effective coping skills, enabling you to think and behave more positively. Most importantly, I want you to feel that you are in a safe space, so our therapeutic relationship will be built on trust, acceptance, and empathy.
I am excited to work with all people. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey.
